  1. So true. Never say never. I also said I would never do the married unaccompanied, but did. Not easy but doable when both are in agreement and make the decision together. In my case it was for my own sanity.

  2. It’s not as much about giving something up as it is about getting something new. My whole world expanded when I “gave up” my career. I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to use my time overseas to learn new things.
